FDC Aero Composites Selected by Volatus Aerospace to Manufacture V-100 Composite Airframes and Production Tooling

Québec composite manufacturer brings specialized aerospace expertise to Volatus’ Canadian V-100 aircraft program.

MIRABEL, Quebec – November 3, 2026 – FDC Aero Composites (“FDC”) a Canadian manufacturer of advanced composite structures, today announced that it has been selected by Volatus Aerospace Inc. (TSX: FLT) (OTCQX: TAKOF) (Frankfurt: ABB.F) (“Volatus”) to manufacture composite airframes and dedicated production tooling for the V-100 uncrewed aircraft system program.

FDC, located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, will provide composite V-100 airframes, including fuselage, wings and tail structures, along with dedicated production tooling for those components. Delivery to Volatus’ Mirabel, Quebec facility is expected in Q4 2026.

“Building an aircraft in Canada means building the ecosystem around it here as well,” said Luc Masse, Executive Vice President of Volatus. “FDC adds specialized composite manufacturing expertise to the V-100 program and strengthens our Canadian supplier base. This work supports our progress toward manufacturing readiness and complements the capabilities we continue to expand at Mirabel.”

The agreement builds on Volatus’ continued expansion in Mirabel, where the Company is establishing the infrastructure, industrial capacity and supplier base needed to advance V-100 production and position the Company to pursue growing market opportunities across defence, security and other mission-critical markets.
